Orlyvo Terms of Service

These Terms describe the public Orlyvo website and Orlyvo’s creative publishing workflow for approved brand content. Orlyvo helps authorized operators prepare, review, upload, and publish content to owned social media accounts.
1. Service Purpose
Orlyvo is used by brand owners and authorized channel operators to manage approved creative assets, captions, and publishing actions for official social channels. Happy Hoot TV is an Orlyvo family-friendly brand channel that uses this workflow for reviewed stories, songs, and learning videos.
2. Authorized Account Use
You may use Orlyvo only for accounts, brands, videos, images, music, captions, and other materials that you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use Orlyvo to impersonate another person or brand, post unauthorized content, or violate a third-party platform’s terms.
3. TikTok and Other Platform Rules
When Orlyvo connects with TikTok or another social platform, you must follow that platform’s terms, developer policies, community guidelines, advertising rules, and content policies. Orlyvo does not replace platform review, moderation, or user consent requirements.
4. Human Review Before Publishing
Orlyvo is designed around human review. Authorized operators are responsible for confirming that each video, caption, title, hashtag, privacy setting, and publishing action is accurate, appropriate, and approved before content is uploaded or posted.
5. Family and Child-Safety Standards
For family-facing brands such as Happy Hoot TV, content must remain age-appropriate, non-adult, non-exploitative, and suitable for family viewing. Orlyvo may not be used to request personal information from children or to target children with unsafe content.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Orlyvo to post spam, scams, adult content, hateful content, infringing content, deceptive claims, malware, unauthorized ads, or content that violates applicable law or platform policy. You may not sell, rent, or misuse access tokens or connected-account permissions.
7. Intellectual Property
Orlyvo, Happy Hoot TV, their names, artwork, characters, videos, music, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders. No rights are granted except the limited right to view this public website and use official links as allowed by platform features.
8. Changes and Availability
We may update the website, workflow, policies, or these Terms as the service evolves. We may suspend access if needed to protect account security, comply with platform rules, or prevent misuse.
